About the Role

This is a full-time hybrid operations and communications position built for a driven, tech-comfortable early-career professional who is ready to grow fast. You will serve as a direct link between the Project Lead, clients, and team members, keeping communication clear, tasks moving, and operations running smoothly.

The role is fluid by nature. Some days will be quiet; others will require quick thinking and real-time coordination across multiple platforms. You will represent the company in client and team settings, which means professionalism, reliability, and strong communication are non-negotiable.

This is not a passive role. It rewards self-starters who take initiative, stay organised without being micromanaged, and find ways to add value beyond their task list.

02

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend and participate in client and internal staff meetings, both in-person and virtual
  • Relay instructions, updates, and feedback between the Project Lead, clients, and team members accurately and promptly
  • Manage day-to-day team and operations communication via WhatsApp and Slack
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain real-time availability and responsiveness during working hours (Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm WAT)
  • Travel to meetings or task locations as required within Lagos and occasionally beyond
  • Support operations during high-density work periods, with additional compensation provided
  • Complete assigned professional development courses and certifications as directed
  • Represent the company professionally in all interactions with clients and external parties
  • Facilitate and organise events as part of a team on behalf of the company as required

03

Who We’re Looking For

  • Female candidate, based in Lagos
  • Highly comfortable with technology: you pick up new tools quickly and don’t shy away from digital platforms
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing time independently
  • Presentable and professional: you will be a face of the company to clients
  • Self-motivated on low-workload days and composed under pressure during busy ones
  • Willing to take on certifications and training as the role evolves
  • Adaptable and genuinely curious: this role rewards people who want to understand how things work
Educational Background
Computer Science English / Linguistics French Business Administration Mass Communication Information Technology Sociology / Social Sciences Public Relations Media Studies Office & Information Management

A degree in one of the fields above is preferred, but not a requirement. Candidates from other academic backgrounds are equally welcome to apply. No degree? That’s also fine, provided you have completed your education and are not planning to return to school within the next 2–3 years. What matters most is your drive, communication ability, and comfort with technology.

04

  • Availability window: You must be online and reachable in real time during core hours (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm WAT)
  • Travel: Occasional travel for meetings; travel fare and hotel costs are fully covered by the company
  • High-density periods: Extended hours may be required at peak times and will be compensated as overtime
  • Low-workload days: Some periods will be quiet. Self-motivation and productive use of downtime are expected
